What We're Looking For

The Facilities Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the CREW team’s ticket metrics across the portfolio. The Facilities Coordinator will be the first point of contact on day-to-day requests, inquiries and maintenance tickets. The Coordinator role will support the facilities location managers by collecting information from staff, scheduling vendors/service techs, and managing the process for longer-term projects/reoccurring service work as appropriate. This role will assist in each location by providing additional support and focus to the ticket queue throughout each week thus ensuring all tickets are closed expeditiously and thoroughly. The coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining emergency plans at each 2U office, coordinating with the Facilities location management to keep all plans current.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Serve as the initial point of communication to all submitted tickets, emails and general facility requests regardless of location.
  • Support each location when necessary for urgent issues and communicate with building engineers in the event of emergencies
  • Maintain and manage purchase orders and expense reporting
  • Support the Sr. Director of CREW with budget reconciliation for office supplies and commissary
  • Assist with managing office and equipment maintenance schedules through ticketing and vendor communication
  • Assist in maintaining conference room calendars
  • Assist our Events team by communicating options for space as well as restrictions for 2U sponsored activities in 2U buildings
  • Coordinate with our Learning and Development team to communicate emergency plans
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by the senior leadership of CREW
  • Assist with vetting new vendor opportunities at each location to improve services

Things That Should Be in Your Background

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience using a facility ticketing portal or Salesforce
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a large office environment or supporting multiple locations
