  • You know how to research and understand technical documents
  • You possess strong knowledge of web applications and basic software

Your Impact:

The HRIS Intern will work closely with multiple areas of Human Resources to provide support of the day-to-day operations, special projects and initiatives. Some other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Launching onboarding events
  • Assisting team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and implementations
  • Monitoring and responding to inquires
  • Compiling standard reports
  • Auditing multiple systems for data integrity
  • Maintaining organization charts and team pages
  • Provide overall administration and tactical support to promote the success of the team
  • Identifying and researching best practices in HRIS and Big Data Analytics
