About you:

  • You're enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, preferably with a marketing, business, communication/communication studies, finance, or economics major
  • You have an interest in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. You want to understand what goes into a paid social (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.) ad, be able to take raw data and turn it into actionable recommendations, and be able to design and implement creative tests that move the needle. 
  • You’re able to multitask, switch priorities, and be flexible
  • You are highly collaborative - you are a team player but also self-motivated and able to work independently
  • You are imaginative and creative - an innovative thinker with a true desire to learn
  • You have a general knowledge and curiosity of digital marketing

Your Impact:

The Demand Gen Intern will combine management of digital media campaigns, analysis and optimization of these campaigns,as well as initiating creative ad ideations. Some of your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assistance with the planning and daily management of paid social (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) campaigns to make sure spend and lead targets are pacing to goal
    • Leveraging existing knowledge or program audiences, as well as exploration of new and untapped audiences
    • Developing copy and creative tests in line with brand voice
    • Execution and implementation of new paid social campaigns
  • Come to insightful conclusions and take action by using data
    • Learn how to use Tableau Desktop 
  • Weekly and monthly media performance analysis and reporting
    • Reports will tie together data from multiple tools and analyze data trends
    • Presenting insights and recommendations to the broader team
  • Support development of creative analysis and optimization recommendations 
  • Utilizing image and copy variations, focusing on structured A/B tests
    • Working with Creative and Brand teams to create ads and structured creative tests
  • Support internal and external vendor relationships
    • Create prospecting lists for potential new relationships
    • Support business development outreach to c-level executives via email and phone
  • Work to support internal quality assurance practices
    • Audit in-market creative assets
    • Remediate concerns through outreach to vendors and working with internal compliance contacts.
