What We're Looking For

The Contracts Administrator manages the administrative functions of the placement process as related to contracts and data management.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Creating and tracking affiliation agreements and coordinating with Placement Specialists and university partner(s) to ensure database accuracy
  • Identifying and managing site and state-specific requirements necessary for students to begin placement; coordinating with Placement Specialists and university partner to ensure completion
  • Creating accurate placement records across partner programs
  • Creating and updating team dashboards for each placement team that the Administrator is working with
  • Assure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments.
  • Serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations.
  • Managing stipend process (where necessary) for each placement team that the Administrator is working with
  • Maintaining CRM database files to ensure accuracy and assisting with database integrity initiatives identified by Contracts Manager

Things That Should Be in Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years of administrative, healthcare, legal experience in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
  • Previous experience in Education industry preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database required; experience with Salesforce preferred

  • Strong sense of system orientation and focus on providing “white glove” service to our students and faculty
  • Ability to forecast, track, monitor and quantify needs of Student Services team
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change
  • Ability work and contribute in a team environment
