What We're Looking For

The Brand Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing strategy for multiple partner programs. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, this role provides tactical marketing support and project management over a wide variety of digital marketing tactics for these assigned programs.


The most successful Brand Marketing Coordinators are detail oriented, strong communicators and looking to gain experience in the areas of data-driven marketing, direct response marketing and marketing strategy.


Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Partner with Brand Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure all web properties and digital marketing channels are aligned to meet long-term strategic goals. Includes playing an active role in the development of messaging, audience segmentation, creative development, and implementing channel best practices. 
  • Execute all funnel conversion activities for prospective students and applicants, including paid and organic channels, email communications, and webinars. Work closely with Brand Marketing Manager and cross-functional counterparts to uncover new opportunities and introduce new initiatives to improve conversion. 
  • Work closely with Program Operations and Admissions on updates to program messaging and changes in admissions policies and procedures, communicate weekly marketing activities, and support reporting needs.

Things That Should Be in Your Background

  • 1-2 years of professional work experience, marketing related preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, major in marketing preferred

Other Attributes That Will Help You in This Role

  • Familiarity with a variety of digital marketing tactics 
  • Experience in project management 
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams
  • Must be highly organized and have great attention to detail
  • Experience with email automation systems, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Tableau is a plus
  • Ability to maintain a fun, casual, professional and productive team atmosphere
  • Ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to adapt and thrive in an atmosphere of constant change
