What We're Looking For

The HRIS Analyst collects, analyzes and interprets data for internal processes which include, but not limited to HR Analytics (diversity, turnover, employee engagement, etc). Additionally, this individual will take a lead role within the HR team in system enhancements, SOX compliance, determine and document processes, and support end users.

  • Capturing and providing accurate data that aligns with business strategies
  • Delivering analytical and research support 
  • Auditing multiple systems for data integrity
  • Providing UAT support for system enhancements and implementations
  • Producing tier 2 system administration, user support, and troubleshooting for HR systems

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Have a B.A./B.S with (1) one to (3) three years relevant work experience; or an equivalent in education and experience 
  • Minimum of 3 years Human Resources or HRIS experience
  • Experience using HRIS systems, specifically Workday and prior knowledge of Peoplesoft and SAP would also be helpful
  • Possess analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret data 
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
  • Enjoy problem-solving and taking on challenges 
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Excellent attention to detail along with strong proofreading skills 
  • Strong written and/or verbal communicator
  • Proven ability to present data to senior leadership in a concise and meaningful way
