What We're Looking For

The Sr. Manager, Implementation will partner with Placement and ERS leadership to create efficient, effective processes and standardized technology for new programs.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Develop and intake requirements for new program Salesforce instances, partnering with stakeholders in Program Operations, Implementation, Tech, and Placement/ERS leadership to ensure product is delivered accurately and on-time in accordance with program and placement launch with a focus on cross-department standardization and efficiency.
  • Partner with Placement and ERS leadership to develop efficient processes and enforce standard best practices for new programs. Understand program components outside of ERS and Placement that will directly impact each department and plan for necessary processes and technology needs. Attend launch meetings as needed to ensure all program requirements are understood and addressed. 
  • Partner with Tech teams and Sr. Manager, Operations, to maintain an up-to-date, standardized, and complete Core Salesforce org to enable streamlined implementation for new programs. Ensure that enhancements are made available to existing programs to ensure standardization across the department.
  • Facilitate changes and enhancements to technology and operational process through program and placement launch. Intake and address data needs for new programs through launch.
  • Handoff new programs after launch to Sr. Manager, Operations, ensuring that program nuances and needs are understood and addressed. During handoff, partner with program leadership to identify areas for operational improvement and resolve business challenges.
  • Liaise with other departments as necessary to facilitate project completion and prioritization, including partnership with Technology and Data teams. 
  • Evaluate current operational performance and assist in strategic planning for improvements.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
  • Monitor, control and manage business operations compliance to standard processes and best practices
  • Use reporting tools (i.e. Tableau) to develop and enhance reports that measure overall Placement performance

Things That Should Be in Your Background

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Demonstrated general understanding of business operations.
  • Analytical thinker with great attention to detail
  • A comprehensive understanding of Salesforce is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills required and database skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
