The Specialist is an integral member of 2U’s Total Rewards Team who will support all 2U’s Benefits initiatives and philosophy.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Tracks medical accommodation and prepares leave paperwork 
  • Updates HRIS / WorkDay & SalesForce for the Total Rewards Team 
  • Responds to level one benefit inquires to Benefit Mailbox
  • Distributes compliance paperwork as needed 
  • Conducts weekly Benefit Office Hours 
  • Notifies HR and Leadership team of approved leaves and medical accommodations 
  • Assists Total Rewards Leadership with Open Enrollment Process 
  • Assists with Workers Compensation claims and reporting
  • Supports 2UrHealth, 2U’s Wellness Initiatives 
  • Provides support and other duties as assigned

Things That Should Be in Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 year + of human resource experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and love of the attention to detail
  • Strong excel skills and the desire to learn even more about excel every day! 
  • Experience with HRIS systems (WorkDay preferred)
