What We're Looking For

2U is a SaaS-based education technology company that enables leading colleges and universities to deliver high quality education to qualified students anywhere. We are looking for a Project Manager to direct implementation of technical products during the onboarding of new university partnerships. You will be challenged to manage complex relationships and processes, to improve team efficiency, and to meet business goals. As a member of the Implementation team, you will have the opportunity to work with all of 2U’s technical systems, with our business operations teams, and with our University partners as well.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Managing all aspects of new program technology standup in accord with a complex set of business requirements
  • Creating engineering task tickets and managing project workflows
  • Evolving our processes with an emphasis on resilience, simplicity and consistency
  • Developing and maintaining strategies, plans, scripts and cases for User Acceptance Testing purposes. Conducting final product testing.
  • Communicating strategically and diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders
  • Gathering program requirements and translating business needs
  • Maintaining thorough documentation during all stages of the process
  • Designing and troubleshooting data integrations according to established best practices

Things That Should Be in Your Background

  • At least 1-3 years' experience in Project Management or Business Analysis roles 
  • Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive the requirements gathering process, determine needs and clearly articulate as simple use cases and acceptance criteria for feature enhancements and new products
  • Experience gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
  • Familiarity with Agile software development and deployment processes 
  • Experience with data management and reporting tools
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven aptitude for solving complex logical problems
