What We're Looking For

A self-motivated individual who is eager to contribute and learn.  The ideal candidate has strong leadership and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment; experience in Workday is a must along with the skills to effectively manage a small group of administrators/developers, and execute plans with keen attention to detail and timing.   The Workday Sr. Team Lead is responsible for the administration and ongoing maintenance and support of the Workday platform including HCM, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and Inventory; working collaboratively with stakeholders to develop solutions and to ensure data consistency, data integrity, and accurate generation and reporting of information. This role reports to the Director of CRM Operations.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Support the maintenance of the Workday platform as technical expert applying best practices
  • Perform Workday administrative functions including security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades
  • Oversee dedicated team of Workday support personnel
  • Work closely with functional areas and other stakeholders to test and implement efficient solutions while managing deadlines
  • Resolve system issues and address requests from functional areas and end users
  • Support Workday feature release updates and enhancements
  • Maintain data in the system for integrity and compliance
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new functionality
  • Model best practice components of customer service

Things That Should Be in Your Background

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Workday including configuration and integrations
  • 2+ years of management/team lead experience with small to mid-size teams
  • Experience with ERP, CRM and Database’s (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (i.e., JIRA, Remedy, etc.)
  • Ability to prioritize (and re-prioritize) as business needs change
  • Proven experience with vendor management/consultants
  • Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
  • Effectively work with all levels of management
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations or other technology specific field
